I was blessed to read the book and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!! I really "bonded" with Seth Caldwell. I understood Abby and everything she was about but Seth was the one I truly loved in the book. It's remarkable, truly remarkable. I can't WAIT to see it published and in stores near us. :) I will DEMAND a signed copy. :)~

Hi Lori...Okay. Me again. I posted on your blogsite, too, and no. I'm not stalking you. I enjoyed your writing excerpts here and wanted to add one piece of advice from one fellow soon-to-be-famous-but-it-just-isn't-happening-yet-writer to another. In my massive query, literary agent etcetera search the last couple of days I came across some info from an agent that struck home again now as I read your update--I think it came to me just the right time for sharing:
Finnish the book you are going to query. Edit and edit well. When you begin submitting agencies, send your queries then occupy your mind with your next one and forget about the first.
The notion allowed me to take a deep breath, move forward and say, "I can let Joel and Eve go for now. They'll be fine."
Keep plugging away--you've got a real talent there!
